Electronics manufacturing co. Brandworks raises $7-M led by Cactus Partners, GVFL, others
Mumbai-based electronics manufacturing firm Brandworks Technologies has raised USD 7 million in a Series A round led by early-stage venture capital firm Cactus Partners with participation from Gujarat Venture Finance Ltd (GVFL), Legacy Assets, and the Hira Group.Brandworks Technologies delivers products across AI hardware, IoT solutions, advanced audio systems, charging technologies, and surveillance systems.The proceeds from the issue will be used to fuel its research and development expansion, enter global markets, and scale up manufacturing capabilities.
For FY24, Brandworks Technologies had reported about INR 181 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 10 Cr in PAT.
