Electronics re-commerce startup Grest raises Rs.16-Cr led by Equentis

Grest , a Gurugram-based consumer electronics re-commerce player, has raised INR 16 crore led by Equentis (INR 7 crore). The round, which also saw participation from The Chennai Angels, Lead Invest and India Accelerator, comprised a mix of both equity and debt.Co-founded in 2018 by Shrey Sardana and Nitin Goyal, Grest specialises in sourcing, refurbishing, and reselling smartphones, laptops, tablets, and smartwatches through both online and offline channels.The fresh capital will be used to expand the firm’s retail presence beyond the current 60-plus stores, upgrade its 20,000 sq. ft. in-house refurbishment lab, strengthen its e-commerce and B2B (business-to-business) platforms, and enhance the supply chain.In FY25, Grest claims to have sold more than 15,000 devices across its omni-channel network and recorded nine times revenue growth, rising from INR 2.9 crore in FY23 to INR 26 crore in FY25. It claims to have partnered with more than 15 suppliers, including Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Sangeetha Mobiles and Apple premium resellers.
