Elev8 Venture Partners makes final close of maiden fund at $160-M

Bengaluru-based Elev8 Venture Partners has completed the final close of its maiden fund at USD 160 million. The fund has already deployed 35% of its capital across five companies and plans to invest in a total of 12 to 13 firms.The portfolio includes Smallcase, IDfy, AstroTalk, Snapmint, and Porter. Typical investment sizes range from USD 10 million to USD 15 million. The firm targets 7-14% ownership per deal. Elev8 Venture Partners allocates 70-75% of its fund to primary deals.The fund's capital base is evenly split between international and domestic investors, with 45% from institutional sources and 55% from family offices and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). One of Korea’s largest commercial banks, Koomin Global, has anchored the fund.The firm will invest in consumer internet, B2B enterprise software, and fintech. Elev8 plans to explore new sectors such as manufacturing, healthtech, and infrastructure toward the end of its deployment cycle.
