Elevation Capital exits KDDL by selling shares worth Rs.36.12 Cr; registers 3.42x return

Elevation Capital, via Elevation Capital V Ltd, has sold 337,357 equity shares (2.69% stake) at INR 1,070.59 per share of publicly-listed KDDL Ltd on June 1, 2023 through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 36.12 crore. Assuming that Elevation sold its remaining 71,750 equity shares at INR 1,070.59 per share, the firm would have completely exited its over 7.5-year-old investment with a 3.42x return.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In July 2015, Elevation Capital invested INR 30 crore for a 10% stake in the company. In Dec 2016, it invested additional INR 20 crore.
