Palo Alto, CA (USA)-headquartered Dextr AI has raised USD 6.7 million in a seed funding round led by India-based Elevation Capital with participation from Foundation Capital.Founded in 2025 by Sajid Shariff, Angel Kelchev and Scott Arnold, Dextr AI provides an AI agent platform for the hospitality sector. The platform uses specialised AI agents to automate workflows including reservations, guest experience management, staff operations and sales and marketing for independent and franchised hotels and resorts.The company plans to use the proceeds to accelerate product development, expand its team, and scale global deployments, including an entry into the Indian market.The company currently services properties across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe, including those operating under the Hilton, Wyndham, Best Western, and IHG flags.
