Elevation Capital sells Fiem Ind shares worth Rs.16.61 Cr; registers 1.08x return

Elevation Capital has sold shares worth INR 16.61 crore in publicly-listed, Sonepat-based industrial equipment maker Fiem Industries. Post the sale, Elevation Capital would hold a 6.02% stake in the company. With a presence in automotive components, Fiem has diversified into LED Luminaries for indoor and outdoor applications and Integrated Passenger Information System with LED Display (IPIS).

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Mar 2016 and Sep 2018, Elevation Capital had invested over INR 100 crore for a 8.75% stake in Fiem.
