Emami acquires 19% stake in D2C nutrition firm Tru Native F&B
Kolkata-based, publicly listed FMCG firm Emami Ltd has acquired a 19% stake in Mumbai-based D2C nutrition firm Tru Native F&B Pvt Ltd, which sells nutrition products. Tru Nativ, founded by Pranav Malhotra and Mamta Malhotra, seeks to empower health and fitness enthusiasts with affordable and healthy food & nutrition options. For FY21, it reported a turnover of INR 21 lakh.
