Emami to up stake in Axiom Ayurveda to 100% in Rs.200-Cr deal

Kolkata-headquartered, publicly listed Emami is to acquire 100% control of Axiom Ayurveda Pvt Ltd for INR 200 crore. Emami has previously acquired a minority stake.Axiom Ayurveda's portfolio includes aloe vera-based beverages under the "AloFrut" brand, ayurvedic health juices sold as "Axiom Jeevan Ras", and personal care offerings under "Mukti Gold". Its AloFrut drinks combine aloe vera pulp with fruit blends. The acquisition formally marks Emami’s entry into the beverage category, aligning with its strategy to build a presence in health and wellness segments. Axiom is projected to achieve a topline of about INR 180 crore in FY26.
