Emission monitoring enabler Adage raises Rs.230-Cr led by InCred Alternative
Goa-based industrial gas analytics and environmental monitoring company Adage Automation has raised INR 230 crore in a growth funding round led by InCred Alternative Investment. While InCred Growth Partners Fund contributed INR 180 crore, Global South Capital and Prachetas Capital also participated in the round.Founded in 2001, Adage Automation provides gas analyser systems, continuous emission monitoring systems, and ambient air quality monitoring systems. The company serves clients across various process industries including oil and gas, steel, chemicals and power, offering solutions for environmental monitoring and process optimisation.The company plans to use the new funds to expand its manufacturing capacity and explore potential merger and acquisition opportunities on a global scale.
