Endiya Partners, Bluehill VC lead $5-M investment in chip verification platform VerifAIX
Cupertino, California- and Chennai-based semiconductor verification company VerifAIX has raised USD 5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC.Founded in 2024 by Madhulima Tewari, Kenneth Roe, and Avner Landver, VerifAIX is developing an AI-native platform designed to assist semiconductor engineering teams in verifying chip designs. The firm’s operations span the US, India, and Israel.The company plans to use the new funds to accelerate product development, expand customer deployments, and grow its engineering teams across the US, India, and Israel. The company also intends to use the capital to advance its proprietary "Formal Brain", which is a verification layer that creates a representation of a chip design and its behaviour.
