Energy solutions provider for drones Dreamfly Innovations raises $1.4 M led by Avaana Capita
Bengaluru-based drone battery solutions provider Dreamfly Innovations has raised USD 1.4 million (around INR 12 crore) as a part of its seed funding round led by Avaana Capital with participation from Sunicon Ventures and existing investors.The fresh proceeds will be used to scale up the firm’s operations, expand team and advance research & development (R&D) for sustainable and fire-resistant battery technologies.Founded in 2022 by Kajal Shah and Saurabh Markandeya, Dreamfly Innovations specialises in developing energy solutions that cater to the specific needs of the drone and aerospace sectors.
In Sep 2023, Dreamfly Innovations had raised funding led by Rebalance Angel Community with participation from IIMA-promoted CIIE.
