Energy storage provider VoltSeal raises $1.5 M led by Theia Ventures
Theia Ventures has led a USD 1.5 million pre-seed funding round in Noida-based energy storage startup VoltSeal , with participation from Rainmatter by Zerodha, Momentum Capital, and Social Alpha.Founded in 2025 by Mudit Narain and Abhijeet Pandey, VoltSeal is building a distributed battery intelligence layer for the commercial and industrial sector by aggregating and remotely controlling distributed battery assets to provide grid-balancing services and electricity market participation.The company plans to use the new funds to focus on the commercial and industrial sector by installing modular lithium iron phosphate battery systems at points of consumption.
