Engineering-focused edtech startup Skill-Lync raises $17.5 M from Iron Pillar, others
Chennai-based edtech startup Skill-Lync has raised USD 17.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Iron Pillar, which invested USD 15 million. Other investors in the round include Binny Bansal (co-founder of Flipkart), Sai Krishnamurthy (ex-Flipkart; co-founder of Xto10X) and Rashmi Kwatra (founder of Sixteenth Street Capital). Skill-Lync will use the funding to increase the number of engineering courses it offers, as well as build its management team and for global expansion.
