English learning enabler SpeakX raises $5-M more
Gurugram-based English learning startup SpeakX has raised USD 5 million more in a funding round led by WestBridge Capital taking the total round size to USD 16 million (around INR 142 crore). The round saw participation from Goodwater Capital and existing investor Elevation Capital and also saw backing from angels including Shyamal Anadkat of OpenAI and Ronnie Screwvala of upGrad.
Between Dec-20 and Jun-25, SpeakX had attracted about USD 19 M from PE-VC investors.
