Enlighten Angel Fund rebrands as Enlighten Capital; raises Rs.100-Cr micro VC fund
Early-stage startups focused Enlighten Angel Fund has raised INR 100 crore for its Fund 1 from its limited partners (LPs). To reflect its transformation into a full-fledged AIF registered micro venture capital fund, it is now rebranding itself as Enlighten Capital.The fund has also initiated fundraising of INR 100 crore more under the greenshoe option. The fund will invest in emerging technologies and disruptive startups in sectors such as smart manufacturing, mobility and fintech.Enlighten Capital is led by General Partners Koushik Shekar and Arvind Subramaniam.
