Enterprise AI s’ware firm Vorflux raises $15-M led by Peak XV

Bangalore- and San Francisco-based enterprise AI software engineering firm Vorflux has raised USD 15 million in a seed funding round led by Peak XV Partners. The round included participation from Y Combinator, Powerset and Alliance, alongside angel investors such as Rippling cofounder Parker Conrad, Mercury founder and CEO Immad Akhund, and former Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan.Founded in 2026 by Prasanna Sankar, Vorflux is an enterprise AI software engineering platform designed to automate the software development lifecycle. The platform utilizes teams of specialized AI agents to handle planning, coding, testing, and code review rather than relying on a single coding assistant.The company plans to use the fresh capital for hiring and expanding its go-to-market efforts.
