Enterprise-tech startup SpotDraft raises $8-M from Qualcomm Ventures
Bengaluru-based enterprise-tech startup SpotDraft has raised USD 8 million (about INR 73.4 crore) in a Series B extension round from Qualcomm Ventures. Previously, the startup raised USD 54 million in a Series B funding round led by Temasek subsidiary Vertex Growth and Trident Partners in February 2025.Founded in 2017 by Shashank Bijapur and Madhav Bhagat, SpotDraft operates a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform that assists sales, legal, and human resources teams in managing various contracting aspects, including AI-assisted redlining, e-signatures, third-party papers, and clickwrap agreements.The new funds will be used to deepen its product and AI capabilities and expand reach across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Between Oct 2017 and Feb 2025, SpotDraft had attracted about USD 101 M from Vertex, Trident Growth Partners, Hunch Ventures, Spiral Ventures, Boldcap Ventures, Xeed Ventures, Arkam Ventures, PremjiInvest, Riverwalk Holdings, Prosus Ventures, Blume Ventures, LogX Ventures, Volrado Ventures and others.For FY24, SpotDraft had reported about INR 60 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 68 Cr in Net Loss.
