Enterprise voice AI startup Ringg raises $10-M led by Peak XV
Bengaluru-based enterprise voice AI startup Ringg has raised USD 10 million in an extended Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B.Founded in 2023 by Siddharth Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla, and Kali Charan Vemuru, the company develops AI agents that automate enterprise workflows through voice, WhatsApp and browser-based interactions. The platform serves businesses across healthcare, fintech, banking, marketplaces and other sectors, processing around 20 million call attempts per month.The firm intends to use the new capital to strengthen its AI platform, expand its voice, WhatsApp, and browser agents, and increase investments in its proprietary AI models and context graph. The funds will also support the acceleration of enterprise go-to-market efforts across India and international markets.
Between Apr 2025 and Jan 2026, Ringg AI had attracted about USD 7 M from Arkam Ventures, Info Edge, Mehta Equities, White Ventures, and others.For FY25, Ringg AI had reported about INR 0.90 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.47 Cr in Net Loss.
