Entrepreneurship-focused B-School Bower raises Rs.11.5 Cr led by Astir Ventures
Hyderabad-based Bower School of Entrepreneurship has raised INR 11.5 crore (USD 1.33 million) in seed funding from Astir Ventures and angel investors.The new funds will be used for development of an AI-powered course builder platform, to establish new partnerships with industry players and for setting up physical campuses in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. The institution is claimed to have registered a revenue of INR 1.5 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25.Founded by Pavan Allena, Bower offers programs like Bower SEED that introduces K-12 students to entrepreneurship, financial literacy and design thinking; Bower UG, an undergraduate programme in entrepreneurship (where students build ventures under the mentorship of experienced entrepreneurs); and Bower LEAD, a four-month executive programme empowering startup founders and professionals to scale their businesses with expert guidance. It claims to have registered 15 million-plus bookings within three months of launch. It is also claimed to have more than 5,000 students so far through Bower Seed, whereas its executive programme, Bower LEAD, aims to have four cohorts in 2025 with an expected participation of up to 150 individuals.
