Entry-level hiring platform Able Jobs acquired by US Co Instawork
Bengaluru-based online placement forum Able Jobs has been acquired by San Francisco-based staffing solution provider Instawork. As part of the deal, Elevation Capital, Titan Capital and other investors on the cap table of Able Jobs will exit the company.Siddharth Srivastava, co-founder of Able, will join Instawork along with a small team of around four employees. Another co-founder Ravish Agrawal will serve as an advisor to Instawork.Founded in 2019, Able Jobs runs an online platform to help young professionals, with the skills and knowledge necessary to secure employment. It has successfully helped more than 35,000 candidates secure employment and the app has been used by nearly 3 million users and more than 2,500 employers.
In Aug 2020, Able Jobs had raised USD 1.8 million funding from Elevation Capital , Y Combinator, Titan Capital, former WhatsApp senior executive Neeraj Arora and early-stage fund First Cheque.
