EQT exits RBL Bank, sells entire stake for Rs.1,091-Cr

EQT Private Capital Asia (via Maple II BV), formerly known as Baring Private Equity Asia, has exited RBL Bank by selling its entire 7.89% stake (4,78,40,700 shares) for INR 1,091 crore through an open market transaction at an average price of INR 228.08 per share.

In Aug 2020, Baring PE Asia had invested INR 1,000 crore in RBL Bank.
