Equity International sells 4.67% stake in Samhi Hotels for Rs.210-Cr
Equity International has sold 4.67% stake in the publicly listed Samhi Hotels Ltd for INR 209.68 crore. Equity International sold off 1,01,73,756 shares on March 27, 2024 at an average price of INR 206.1 apiece.Post the sale, Equity International holds 87,21,414 equity shares (4% stake) in the company.
Between Apr 2011 and Nov 2015, Samhi Hotels had raised about INR 478 Cr from Equity International
