Equity mgmt platform Rulezero raises $2.5-M
Bengaluru-based RuleZero, a “cap table†management platform, has completed the seed round fundraise of USD 2.5 million. The extended round saw participation from US fintech fund The Treasury, employees of Valiant Capital, domestic early-stage funds - YourNest Venture Capital, Blume Founders Fund, and a few angel investors. The funds will be used to expand the team, enhance the product offering and scale customer deployments. Rulezero has developed the 'hissa' platform. The platform manages ownership data of the company, automates share issuance processes and ESOPs, provides mechanisms to track and certify cap tables and manage transactions.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In May-21, RuleZero had raised more than INR 18 crore from Rainmatter Capital, Kris Gopalakrishnan, YourNest, Blume Ventures and Valiant Capital.
