ERP solutions provider for schools Uolo raises $22.5 M led by Dubai's Winter Capital
Bengaluru-based Uolo Technologies, a communication platform for schools, has raised USD 22.5 million in a Series A round of funding led by growth-stage investment firm Winter Capital. Other investors in the round include Morphosis Venture Capital and existing investor Blume Ventures. Uolo runs a parent-teacher communication software and offers an enterprise resource planning (ERP) management solution. It allows third-party education publishers and content creators to develop learning programmes for schools and students in the K-12 range. The startup claims to have partnered with over 8,500 schools across India, reaching over 3.7 million students.
