ESDM startup IndiGrid Tech raises Rs.40-Cr in Series A led by Valour Capital
Gurugram-based electronics systems design and manufacturing (ESDM) startup Indigrid Technology has raised INR 40 Cr in a Series A round led by Valour Capital. The round also saw participation from ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, Vimson Group, and Global South Capital.Founded in 2015 by Sameer Narang and Rishab Purias, Indigrid Technology is engaged in the manufacture of motor controllers, DC-DC converters, and regulator rectifiers for the automotive sector. It also designs and manufactures control systems for products including ACs, washing machines, and small kitchen appliances and assembles battery packs for fleet operators, used in EVs, drones, and stationary applications. The startup reported a revenue of INR 108.5 Cr in FY25.The new funds will be used towards capacity expansion, enhancing its design and R&D capabilities, providing working capital support, and undertaking selective forward and backward integration.
Between May 2024 and Sep 2025, IndiGrid Technology had attracted about USD 9 M from Cactus Venture Partners.
