EV battery maker Clean Electric raises Rs.48.5 Cr from Info Edge, Pi Ventures, Kalaari Capital, Lok
Pune-based energy storage solutions company Clean Electric Pvt Ltd has raised INR 48.5 crore led by Info Edge, Pi Ventures, and Kalaari Capital. Info Edge, Pi Ventures, and Kalaari Capital have each invested INR 14.5 crore, while Lok Capital invested INR 5 crore in the Series A funding round. The company has reportedly been valued at USD 21.4 million.Clean Electric manufactures batteries for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers. It expects to roll out battery packs for four-wheelers in the first quarter of calendar year 2025, and for heavy electric vehicles in 2025.The company intends to use the fresh capital to scale its annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 8-10X in the next 12 months. The company is currently doing USD 1.2 million in ARR. It currently operates across 35 cities in 10 states and has 80 team members.
