EV-charging solutions provider Exponent Energy raises Rs.200-Cr led by 360 ONE, TDK Ventures

Bengaluru-based Exponent Energy has raised INR 200 crore in a Series B extension round co-led by 360 ONE and TDK Ventures, with participation from Hitachi Ventures. This latest financing brings the total capital raised by the company to USD 82 million.Founded in 2020 by Arun Vinayak, Exponent provides an electric vehicle (EV) charging platform and battery technology.The company plans to use the new funds to expand its fast-charging network across cities and highways, as well as to grow its retrofitting business that converts older three-wheelers into electric vehicles.

Between May 2021 and Feb 2026, Exponent Energy had attracted about $ 70 M from 3ONE4 Capital, AdvantEdge Partners, Transition VC, YourNest, Lightspeed Ventures, Munjal Family Office, Climate Angels Fund, Eight Roads Ventures, TDK Ventures, Alteria Capital, 360 ONE and others.For FY25, Exponent Energy had reported about INR 30 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 65 Cr in Net Loss.
