EV charging startup RoadGrid raises Rs.12-Cr led by Venture Catalysts
Indore-based RoadGrid has raised INR 12 crore (USD 1.33 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Venture Catalysts, with participation from Kamal Puri (Skyline Group), IPV, FAAD Network, LetsVenture, Vrinda Goyal (Pace Group), Haresh Patel (Arthanomics), and Maneesh Shrivastav (Alpha Value).The company operates two verticals: manufacturing and supplying chargers to electric vehicle OEMs, and developing and operating public and commercial EV charging stations. RoadGrid currently has active deployments in Indore, Noida, and various Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) sites, with a confirmed pipeline of over 1,000 chargers.The fresh funding will be used by the company to scale up manufacturing capabilities, deepen software integrations, and accelerate the nationwide rollout of its EV charging network.
