EV Startup FreshBus raised Rs.44-Cr in Series A round from Riverwalk, others
Bengaluru-based electric vehicle startup FreshBus has raised INR 43.7 crore (around USD 5.3 million) in its Series A round led by Maniv Mobility (INR 35.68 crore) along with Riverwalk Holdings (INR 8.02 crore) at a valuation of USD 20 million. The startup is to issue 2 equity shares and 63,825 CCPS at an issue price of INR 6,845 each to raise INR 43.7 crore or USD 5.3 million.
In Oct 2023, Fresh Bus raised INR 7.5 crore from Kunal Shah, Founder and CEO of CRED; Sudarshan Venu,Managing Director of TVS Motor; and Deepak Garg Founder and CEO of Rivigo. The round also saw participation from Riverwalk and Infoedge.FreshBus raised INR 26 crore in seed funding from ixigo.
