Ex-Puma executives' venture Agilitas Sports raises Rs.430-Cr

Bengaluru-headquartered Agilitas Sports, a firm launched by former Puma India Managing Director Abhishek Ganguly, has raised INR 430 crore. While Convergent Finance has invested INR 400 crore, the balance has come from individual investors. Agilitas Sports is a sportswear and athleisure solutions platform that will work across the value chain of sports clothing and footwear in India. The founding team of Agilitas Sports comprises Ganguly; Atul Bajaj, the outgoing executive director, sales and operations, Puma India; and Amit Prabhu, the firm's outgoing chief financial officer.
