Mumbai-based XED Executive Development plans to raise USD 10 million through private placement. The company has already received investor commitments and is in the process of finalising the transaction. This development follows the company’s decision to withdraw its proposed IPO from the GIFT City International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in March 2026.Founded in 2015 by John Kallelil, XED provides executive education services. It offers programs for individuals and organisations. The firm claims to partner with Ivy League universities to offer high-impact programs in strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, digital and finance.The company currently intends to use the new funds to support its operations and growth objectives, moving away from its initial plan to use a public listing to raise capital.

For FY25, XED Executive Development had reported about INR 18.36 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.35 Cr in PAT.
