Fairfax Holdings sells IIFL Finance shares worth Rs.250 Cr; registers over 3x return

Fairfax Holdings has sold a 1.31% stake in publicly-listed IIFL Finance Ltd. The sale aggregates to INR 250 crore. Post the sale, Fairfax would hold a 20.93% stake in the company.
