Fashion accessories brand Zouk to raise Rs.60-Cr from Aavishkaar, Stellaris, others
Mumbai-based lifestyle and fashion accessories brand Zouk is to raise INR 60.45 crore in a pre-Series C funding round led by existing investors Aavishkaar Capital and Stellaris Venture Partners, with additional participation from Sharrp Ventures and Mihir Gadani.Founded in 2016 by Disha Singh and Pradeep Krishnakumar, Zouk sells handbags, tote bags, sling bags, wallets, and laptop bags. The company plans to use the newly raised capital to support business expansion and meet working capital needs.Zouk would issue 2,468 compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of INR 2,44,950 per share. Following this transaction, the company is estimated to have a valuation of about INR 610 crore.
Between Jul 2021 and Oct 2024, Zouk had attracted about $ 15 M from Aavishkaar, Sharrp Ventures, Stellaris Venture Partners and others.For FY25, Zouk had reported about INR 125 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 20 Cr in Net Loss.
