Fidelity Investments sells 1.3% stake in e-commerce co. Meesho for Rs.988-Cr
American financial services firm Fidelity Investments has sold a 1.3% stake in Bengaluru-based e-commerce company Meesho for INR 988 crore through open market transactions. The shares were offloaded by two affiliates, FID FDI 2117 LLC and FID FDI 312 LLC, via bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange. The shares were sold in the price range of INR 165.18 to INR 165.21 per share.
Fidelity India had invested in Meesho in Sep 2021 as a part of its Series F round. The company went public in Dec 2025.For FY25, Meesho had reported about Rs.9,388-Cr in Operating Income and about Rs.3,883-Cr in Net Loss.
