Financial services co. Navi in talks with Prosus, Accel to raise $300-M
Bengaluru-based financial services company Navi Technologies plans to raise $250-300-M at a valuation of $1.8-2 B. The firm is in talks with Dutch technology firm Prosus and the US-based Accel Growth Fund regarding this potential investment.Founded by Flipkart founder Sachin Bansal, Navi provides financial services and operates a lending business. The company plans to use the new funds as growth capital to expand its lending operations, including into Southeast Asian markets.
Between Jan 2020 and Jul 2025, Navi Technologies had attracted about $ 77 M from IFC, Gaja Capital and others.For FY25, Navi Technologies had reported about INR 414 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 356 Cr in Net Loss.
