Finnest invests $145-M in cloud kitchen startup Kitchens@
London-based private equity firm Finnest has acquired a 53.75% stake in Bengaluru-based Loyal Hospitality , which operates cloud kitchen services under the brand Kitchens@. The investor will be issued 40,00,000 equity shares at INR 3,000 each to raise INR 1,200 crore (about USD 145 million).Founded in 2018 by Saurabh Jha, Aaron Vithal, and Junaiz Kizhakkayil, Kitchens@ provides kitchen solutions for food businesses catering to fast food chains like ChickKing and other restaurants like Beijing Bits and Rolls on Wheels.
Between May-18 and Dec-23, Kitchens@ had raised over USD 85 M from Finnest, Beenext, Sparx Group, Al Ashram Investments, Trifecta Capital, Zomato, Others.
