Fintech co Rupifi to raise $2-M via right issue
Bengaluru-based B2B payments platform Rupifi is raising USD 2 million from existing investors, including Bessemer, Quona Capital and Ankur Capital through a rights issue.Rupifi plans to utilize the funds to support its business operations and address additional capital requirements.Founded in 2020, Rupifi enables MSMEs to access multiple lenders on digital B2B platforms and marketplaces. It offers Line of Credit, Invoice Financing, and loans, focusing on seamless digital experiences and smart underwriting for banks, NBFCs, and service providers.
Between March 2021 and March 2022, RupiFi had raised about USD 38 M from Alteria Capital, InnoVen Capital, Trifecta Capital, Ankur Capital, Bessemer, Better Capital, Quona Capital, Tiger Global, LogX Ventures and Others.For FY24, RupiFi had reported about INR 24 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 62 Cr in Net Loss.
