Fintech co. OneStack raises $3-M in Series A round from Pentathlon Ventures, others
Mumbai-based fintech platform OneStack has raised USD 2 million in a Series A funding round led by Pentathlon Ventures, with participation from Yatra Angel Network and existing investors 100Unicorns and Venture Catalysts. The startup is set to raise an additional USD 1 million in the same round. The fresh proceeds will be used to scale technologies that drive financial inclusion and digital transformation in underserved markets.Founded by Amit Kapoor and Vishal Gupta, OneStack offers end-to-end solutions like Core Banking, Mobile Banking, NPCI UPI Switch, and BBPS Switch, allowing regional and rural banks to modernize operations and enhance services. The platform operates as a technical service provider (TSP) and application service provider (ASP), offering a unified technology stack. The firm has deployed over 6,000 Soundboxes in 14 regional languages.
In July 2023, OneStack had attracted about USD 2 M from Growx Ventures, and Stride Ventures.For FY24, OneStack had reported about INR 15 lakhs in Operating Income and about INR 6.25 Cr in Net Loss.
