Fintech co. Zaggle acquires addl 17% in digital payment solutions provider Mobileware Tech
Listed fintech company Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has acquired 16.67% of issued and paid-up capital of Mumbai-based Mobileware Technologies Pvt Ltd from its promoter.Mobileware offers an integrated product suite of NPCI certified switch solutions across UPI, IMPS, AEPS & BBPS, along with an API & Agency banking platform called Transxt. Mobileware posted a turnover of INR 16.99 crore for the year 2023-24.
