Fintech firm BankBazaar raises Rs.55-Cr from Muthoot Fincorp, Walden Intl
Chennai-based loan sourcing platform BankBazaar has raised INR 55 crore funding from gold loan company Muthoot Fincorp (INR 15 crore) and existing investors such as Walden International at a valuation of around INR 1,700 crore (USD 200 million).
Between Mar 2011 and Apr 2024, BankBazaar had raised about USD 131 M from Edelweiss Private Equity, Amazon, Eight Roads Ventures, Peak XV Partners, Walden International and others.
