Fintech platform GetVantage raises Rs.63-Cr from Chiratae Ventures, others

Mumbai-based GetVantage has raised INR 63 crore, through a mix of debt and equity, in a Series A1 funding round co-led by Rajeev Ahuja and SanRaj Group, with participation from Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint.GetVantage is a B2B fintech platform founded by Bhavik Vasa that provides cash-flow-based financing, term loans, business loans, and merchant cash advances for MSMEs.The company plans to use the capital to scale its Capital Gateway technology platform, which is an API ecosystem that allows B2B ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics hubs to embed financing options for merchants. The company intends to use the funds to transition from a revenue-based financing model to an embedded cash-flow financing platform.

Between Oct 2020 and Jun 2022, GetVantage had attracted about USD 41 M from Arvog Ventures, Chiratae Ventures, DMI Group, Dream Incubator, Sony Innovation Fund, Varanium Capital and others.For FY25, GetVantage had reported about INR 8 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 10 Cr in Net loss.
