Fireside sells 1.9% stake in Mamaearth for Rs.230-Cr

Recently listed D2C (direct-to-consumer) personal care brand Mamaearth's early backer Fireside Ventures (via Fireside Ventures Investment Fund I) has sold 60.89 lakh shares in the company (a 1.89% stake). The shares were sold at INR 378 apiece fetching INR 230.2 crore. Mamaearth got listed on the bourses earlier last month. The VC fund had also sold 79.7 lakh shares of Mamaearth during its IPO.
