Fitness services player CureFit to raise $75-M from Tata Digital
Tata Digital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, will invest USD 75 million in Bengaluru-based online fitness platform CureFit Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As part of the agreement, CureFit founder and chief executive officer Mukesh Bansal will join Tata Digital as president. In addition, Bansal will continue in his leadership role at CureFit. Founded in 2016 by Bansal and Ankit Nagori, CureFit provides a range of fitness services on its platform.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Jul-16 and Mar-20 CureFit had raised more than INR 2,900 Cr from Epiq Capital, Unilever Ventures, Kris Gopalakrishnan, InnoVen Capital, Ascent Capital, Accel India, Chiratae Ventures, Temasek, Accel USA, Oaktree Capital, UC-RNT Fund, Endiya Partners, Kalaari Capital and Trifecta Capital.
