Fleet mgmt co. Carrum raises Series A funding from Uber

Gurgaon-based Carrum, a B2B (business-to-business) mobility solutions company backed by CarDekho Group, has raised a Series A round of funding from Uber.Founded in 2024 by Karan Jain, Carrum focuses on operating a low-emission mobility fleet and currently operates with Uber in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and New Delhi. The company operates a fleet of over 3,000 vehicles and claims an annual revenue of INR 300 crore.The company plans to use the new funds to expand its fleet and scale business operations. It also intends to expand its presence to other major urban centers.
