Fleet safety solutions provider Netradyne raises $90-M

Bengaluru- and San Diego, CA (USA)-based startup NetraDyne has raised USD 90 million in a Series D round led by existing investor, Point72 Private Investments. The round also saw participation from other US-based investors, Qualcomm Ventures and Pavilion Capital.The funds raised will be used by the company for accelerating Research & Development (R&D), global expansion and market initiatives.Founded by Avneesh Agrawal and David Julian in 2015, Netradyne is an AI-enabled safety platform, which uses computer vision and edge computing to provide fleet safety solutions. It improves driver behavior and fleet performance, besides collecting and analysing information for improving customer retention, profitability and transparency.

Between June-16 and July-21 NetraDyne had raised about USD 198 M from M12, Point72 Ventures, SoftBank Corp and others.
