Flexi-workspace provider Incuspaze raises Rs.150-Cr
Gurugram-based flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has raised INR 150 crore in a funding round led by Bharat Value Fund, with participation from financial institutions.Founded in 2016 by Sanjay Choudhary, Incuspaze provides managed offices, co-working spaces, and enterprise solutions. The firm operates a portfolio spanning more than 4 million sq. ft. across 50 locations in 18 cities.Incuspaze plans to use the new funds to strengthen its presence in key commercial markets, accelerate technology investments, and pursue additional acquisitions. These initiatives are part of the firm's goal to achieve a revenue of INR 1,000 crore by FY29 as it prepares for an initial public offering.
In Jul 2024, Incuspaze had attracted about $ 8 M from The Wealth Company and others.For FY25, Incuspaze had reported about INR 146 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3 Cr in Net Loss.
