Flexi-workspace provider Stylework raises $1-M led by Auxano Capital

Gurugram-based flexible workspace platform Stylework has raised USD 1 million in equity funding in the second close of its pre-Series B round, led by Auxano Capital. The transaction saw participation from family offices, institutional investors, and high networth individuals (HNIs). The latest investment follows a first close backed by Equentis Angel Fund, Karekeba Ventures/Cogniphy AIF Fund, MoneyVyapaar, and LetsVenture Fund, bringing the total pre-Series B funding to over USD 3.5 million.Founded in 2016 by Spaarsh Khandelwaal, the company helps enterprises access and manage flexible workspaces across India. It plans to use the new funds to expand into tier I and tier II markets, strengthen its technology platform, and deepen enterprise partnerships.Stylework currently connects businesses to more than 10,000 workspace centers across 125 cities.

Between Mar 2023 and Nov 2025, Stylework had attracted about USD 4 million from Cogniphy Angel Fund, Equentis, Capri Global Holdings, Qi Ventures and others.For FY25, Stylework had reported about INR 31 crore in Operating Income and about INR 1 crore in PAT.
