Fmr Microsoft exec Ahmed Mazhari’s AI co. kAIgentic raises $10-M from Japan’s SMBC
Former Microsoft Asia Pacific (APAC) president Ahmed Mazhari founded agentic AI company kAIgentic has raised USD 10 million from Japanese financial services firm SMBC Group.kAIgentic is headquartered in Singapore and maintains core engineering operations in India. The company is developing specialised AI deployment infrastructure for large-scale enterprise operations. It plans to use the new capital to scale its product platform and deploy its technology within regulated environments, starting with a partnership with SMBC Group. The company intends to capture operational logic within large enterprises to build domain-specific AI agents that function under human supervision.
