Food delivery co. Swish raises $30-M in Series B led by Hara Global Capital
Bengaluru-based food delivery startup Swish has raised INR 282.5 crore (approximately USD 30 million) in a Series B round led by existing investor Hara Global Capital, with participation from Accel India and Bain Capital Ventures. Hara contributed INR 127.57 crore (USD 14 million) to the round, while Bain Capital and Accel India invested INR 91 crore (around USD 10 million) and INR 63.76 crore (USD 7 million), respectively.Following this allotment, Accel India will hold the largest stake at 26.2%, followed by Hara Global Capital with 20.43%. Bain Capital Ventures will own 7.19%. The co-founders, Aniket Shah, Sureshkumar Saran, and Ujjwal Sukheja, will each retain 12.72%. Swish's post-money valuation is estimated at INR 1,267 crore (around USD 140 million).Founded in 2024 by Aniket Shah, Sureshkumar Saran, and Ujjwal Sukheja, Swish operates a 10-minute food delivery model within a 1.5 - 2 km radius, using cloud kitchens referred to as delight centers.
Between Oct-24 and Mar-25, Swish had attracted about USD 16 M from Accel India and other investorsFor FY25, Swish had reported about INR 4 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 19 Cr in Net Loss.
