Food-tech startup Salad Days raises Rs.30-Cr led by V3 Ventures, CAAF
Noida-based healthy food brand Salad Days has raised INR 30 crore in its first funding round, co-led by V3 Ventures and Client Associates Alternate Fund (CAAF).The proceeds will be used for omnichannel expansion and to improve operational capabilities. The firm will also invest in opening new stores, and for advancements in technology, talent acquisition, and marketing initiatives.Founded in 2014 by Varun Madan, Salad Days runs a network of 25 cloud kitchens, including 12 outlets in Delhi-NCR, nine in Bangalore, and four in Mumbai. In addition to salads, it sells grain bowls, sandwiches, oatmeal bowls and soups.
